Shubhangi Atre, who is currently seen on the show Adhuri Kahaani Hamari, has replaced Shilpa Shinde in Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai.
Coincidentally, this isn't the first time that Shubhangi has stepped into Shilpa's shoes.
Earlier, she replaced Shilpa to play Koyal on the popular comedy show Chidiya Ghar which co-starred Paresh Ganatra. And, now she will play the role of Angoori Bhabhi on Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai.
Benaifer Kohli, producer of the show, has released a statement regarding the same which reads, "Shubhangi is an ideal combination of innocence and attractiveness."
"She is a fabulous actor and I think she will make an exceptional Angoori Bhabhi and will capture everyone’s heart with ease."
In March this year, Shilpa quit Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai alleging that the makers mentally tortured her.
However, earlier this week a non-cooperation directive was issued against the talented actress by the Cine and TV Artistes Association (CINTAA) and Indian Film and TV Producers Council (IFTPC).
This means Shilpa won't be able to work with any producer or a broadcaster again.
