Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor joins the 'award wapsi' debate, and claims that he has no award to return, as no government has ever recognised his work. 

'All channels requesting me to comment on the award wapsi. I said I have never received an award from the govt. so what will I give back? Lol,' he tweeted.

The 63-year-old actor, who received a National Award for Mera Naam Joker in 1970, credited it to his father Raj Kapoor.

'In the last 43 years of my working in Hindi Cinema,no govt...has ever recognised my work barring a National Award for Mera Naam Joker which was totally Raj Kapoors. So I cannot give back anything. Sorry. Not that I would have,coz I am against this return of honour. Chill!!!' he added.

'Yaaron! Please samjhao what is this tolerance and intolerance! Right now I cannot tolerate anybody talking about it,' he signed off.

Priyanka lends her voice to a robotic elephant

Priyanka Chopra has lent her voice to PETA's robotic elephant named Ellie, which will go on a school tour across US, Europe and India.

'Very excited about my new project w/ @peta to teach school kids that animals are #NotOurs2Use for entertainment!' Priyanka tweeted.

She's also very excited to be nominated at the People Choice Awards 2016.

'Wow my first nomination for #Quantico .. Feel like a true debutante again. Thank u @peopleschoice. fingers crossed,' she added.

Shah Rukh shoots fight scene for Dilwale

Shah Rukh Khan

Shah Rukh Khan, who celebrated his 50th birthday on November 2, has resumed shooting for Rohit Shetty's Dilwale in Goa.

He posted a picture, above, and tweeted: 'My love bite from a bar fight. Being a romantic hero even my injuries look…well…pretty & pink! From sets of #Dilwale.' 

The film will release on December 18.

Richa to serve as a jury member at Marrakech film fest

Main Aur Charles actress Richa Chaddha will serve on the jury alongside Godfather director Francis Ford Coppola at the 15th Marrakech International Film Festival.

Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap ‏congratulated her and wrote: '@RichaChadha_ on jury with Francis Ford Coppola at Marrakech 2015 .. way to go Chaddhi Baddi.'

The film festival will be held from December 4 to 12.
