Ranveer finds Ranbir-Deepika's pairing 'extremely special'

Ranveer Singh is surely the most understanding beau ever as days after posing with his lady love Deepika Padukone and her former boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor, he said that RK and Deepika's pairing is 'extremely special.'

The Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram Leela star said at the success party of recently-released Tamasha that Deepika and the Barfi star took the storytelling to a new level and whenever they come onscreen they make the film delightful.

Ranveer will now be seen with the 29-year-old actress in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Bajirao Mastani, which is set to hit the theatres on December 18.

Narendra Modi, Francois Hollande launch Ricky Kej's music album

Prime Minister Narendra Modi and France President Francois Hollande have launched Grammy award winner Ricky Kej's new music album Shanti Samsara at International Solar Alliance (ISA) launch event held in Paris.

Speaking about his epic music project, Ricky said his album was conceptualized through the inspiring words of Modi during his meeting with him in September.

Expressing his gratitude to Prime Minister, he thanked him for helping him to channelise his creativity and art towards making a difference and for giving him a perspective on what the world needs - Environmental Consciousness.

"It feels like I have been a musician just so that I could see this day..to see my music hopefully make a small difference in this world," said the Grammy winner.

Featuring over 300 musicians across the globe, the album includes seven Grammy Award Winners who joined hands to create environmental consciousness.

The album, which also celebrates nature through different cultures around the world, features Sanskrit verses, spoken words by Bollywood superstar Amitabh Bachchan, Hollywood actress Frances Fisher and BAFTA award Winner Rosanna Arquette.

The music album is made in association with Vivekananda International Foundation and has 14 songs and four music videos.

The album also features renowned Asian musicians from China, Vietnam, Japan, Korea and the feted voices of Indian composers Shankar Mahadevan and Hariharan.

Sharman's daughter not so happy with his role in Hate Story 3

Sharman Joshi, who has always seen in character driven stories, is having a tough time with his daughter because according to him, his daughter was not happy when she saw the trailer of Hate Story 3.

The 3 Idiots actor first showed the promo to his 10-year-old daughter to break the ice and make her acquainted with his character in the film.

"I was the first one to show promo of my film and her reaction wasn't too good to it. Thanks to her cousin sister who made her understand that this is a part of my work," says the actor.

"Well, I might have to bribe her with chocolates or a holiday but I think she is fine. She is 10 years old and fortunately has friends whose fathers are also involved in films and seen them in action far more than she has seen me (laughs). So, she understands that this is work," he adds.

This is the first time that Sharman will be seen in a bold character. According to sources, he first refused to do the film but later on agreed to challenge himself.

Hate Story 3 is an erotic thriller which stars Sharman along with Daisy Shah, Karan Singh Grover and Zarine Khan in lead roles.

Directed by Vishal Pandya, the movie will hit the silver screens on December 4.
