December 18, 2015 10:00 IST

The latest updates from the Telugu film industry.

Ram and Keerthi Suresh

Actor Ram is ensuring that his next release, Nenu Sailaja, will be a rather 'realistic' one after his recent misses at the box office.

This love story that has a family angle was refined before it went on the floors. Ram's uncle, Sravanthi Ravi Kishore is producing the film, which is being directed by Kishore Tummala.

Ram, who plays a DJ in Nenu Sailaja, will romance Malayalam actress Keerthi Suresh.

Devisriprasad scores the music, Sameer Reddy cranks the camera, Prakash is in charge of the art department and Sreekar Prasad is the editor.

Nenu Sailaja is currently under production.
