The 1988 release, Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, proved to be a blockbuster launchpad for Aamir Khan but the superstar reveals he unhappy with his performance in the film.
The romantic drama, which released on April 29, 1988, was a modern day take on the classic Shakespearean tragedy, Romeo and Juliet.
QSQT, which also starred Juhi Chawla, went on to become one of Bollywood's biggest hits.
To celebrate the film's 30th anniversary, a special screening was held last night where Khan, along with his cousin, director Mansoor Khan, composers Anand-Milind and other cast and crew were present.
"When I see my work, I don't like it. I feel it could've been much better. I loved Juhi's work, especially in this film. She was bang on, fantastic, natural. I was very raw. Some scenes I did okay, some I didn't and fumbled," Khan said at the event.
The Dangal star quipped that he is ready to "reshoot" the film because he does not like his performance in it.

Dalip Tahil, who played Aamir Khan's father in the film, recalled how he said agreed to do the movie almost immediately after producer-filmmaker Nasir Hussain narrated the script to him.
