Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are pals off screen too.

He’s cool.

She’s cute.

Together, they are crazy.

Bollywood’s MOST buzzing jodi at the moment -- Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt is all about fun, friendship and fondness.

We’ve seen many movie leads promote their movie with gusto but 'ShaAlia' as fans call them are something else.

Paired for the first time opposite one another in Vikas ‘Queen’ Bahl’s soon-to-release Shaandaar, the duo shares a crackling camaraderie off screen too.

Here are some shaandaar moments of their friendship, courtesy their Instagram feeds.

At the Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa Reloaded finale, Alia gave company to her co-star and one of the judges on the dance-based reality show with characteristic zing and zest.

In the movie, Shahid plays a wedding planner while Alia pitches in as the bride’s sister. Interestingly, the 34-year-old got married to Mira Rajput in a private ceremony in July earlier this year.

Despite the 12-year age gap between them, Shahid and Alia got along like a house on fire, even hanging out after work.

Matching steps with Shahid on the funky chartbuster Gulaabo, choreographed by Bosco, proved quite a challenge for the Student of the Year debutante. She admits she even cried getting the difficult dance moves right.

The actors took to Instagram for a pictorial countdown to their movie all set to hit the screens on October 22.

Here’s another one along the same lines.

And still some more.

Keeping in the quirky tone of the trailer, Shahid and Alia fool around in a manner that would please a certain Nathulal no end.

Quite a ‘Shaandaar’ crowd showed up to cheer for these Bollywood cuties at a promotional event.

What’s the secret of their sweet chemistry?  The Haider hero is clueless.

'I don't know what works in our favour. We did not interact much before we got on board for this film. We had met once or twice after we started doing the film. We just got along well. She is unassuming, nice and a wonderful person,' he told a publication.
