The ongoing 18th Jio MAMI Film Festival saw a lot happening over the weekend.

We bring you a recap:

 

Karan Johar and the leading ladies of his upcoming film Ae Dil Hai Mushkil -- Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan -- discussed their film at length.

The director has finally moved on from the controversies surrounding his film and focused on the film instead.

 

The team of Jo Jeeta Woh Sikander reunited on stage after 24 years of the film's release.

Aamir Khan, Mamik Singh, Deven Bhojani, Ayesha Jhulka, Imran Khan (who played the little Aamir), director Mansoor Khan, music composer Lalit Pandit and choreographer Farah Khan discussed the film, and revealed a lot of trivia.

 

Aamir's Dangal daughters -- Fatima Sana Shaikh and Sanya Malhotra -- joined him, along with his own daughter Ira (extreme right).

 

Imran Khan arrives with his wife Avantika.

Aamir's leading lady from Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander Ayesha Jhulka.

 

Deepak Tijori makes an appearance.

 

Pooja Bedi's skirt-blowing scene in the film has been iconic.

 

Deven Bhojani played Aamir's friend in the film.

 

Shahid Kapoor may not have been a part of Jo Jeeta Woh Sikander, but he's obviously a fan of the film.

 

Director Gauri Shinde, who's ready with her film named Dear Zindagi, attended an event called On The Set with Directors.

 

PINK director Shoojit Sircar was also a part of it.

 

Dil Dhadakne Do director Zoya Akhtar arrives.

 

Singham director Rohit Shetty makes his way in.

 

Vishal Bhardwaj, who directed Haider, arrives.

 

One of 2017's most anticipated film Baahubali 2 was discussed at the festival, with the team behind it -- actors Prabhas, Anushka Shetty, Tamannah Bhatia and director SS Rajamouli.

Incidentally, it was Prabhas' birthday on Sunday.

 

Manoj Bajpayee and Pooja Chopra promote their short film Ouch.
