The 2015 National Awards have been announced. Kangana Ranaut picked up the Best Actress nod for Queen while Vishal Bhardwaj's Haider has clocked five wins.

Bollywood stars took to Twitter to congratulate the winners from various Indian film industries.

Bollywood congratulates Shashi Kapoor!

Veteran actor Shashi Kapoor has been announced as the 46th winner of Dadasaheb Phalke Award and several Bollywood celebrities turned to Twitter to congratulate him:

Rishi Kapoor: Yessssssss! Shashi Kapoor to get the prestigious Dada Saheb Phalke award for contribution to Indian Cinema. Well deserved uncle. God Bless! Third Padma Bhushan and third Phalke award in the family. Prithviraj Kapoor and Raj Kapoor being the other recipients.

Shabana ‏Azmi: Am so happy Shashi Kapoor gets Dadasb Phalke Award. Hes been a trailblazer and the only mainstream actor to stake his own money in Art films. Shashi Kapoor was the first Indian actor to get recognition in Hollywood with Pretty Polly. He built Prithvi Theatre unmatched by any other. 36 Chowringhee Lane Junoon Utsav Kalyug were produced by Shashi Kapoor. He got National Award for Best actor 4 New Delhi Times.

Shah Rukh goes to Dubrovnik

Shah Rukh Khan is shooting in Dubrovnik, Croatia, for his latest feature film Fan.

The 48-year-old Bollywood star tweeted: ‘The only thing sunny side 2 Dubrovnic this morning. I love this weather the camera team must be a bit despondent. But we will rock this run!’

‘All so beautiful in Dubrovnic. Warm & caring. My physios..the grip team…the lite guys…the film federation. Felt like a King in ur Landing,’ he added later.

Manish Malhotra catches up with Kangana

 

Designer Manish Malhotra, who recently met Kangana Ranaut and her sister Rangoli, shared a picture of them together (above) and tweeted: ‘With the sisters Charming Rangoli and super stylish Kangana.’ 

Kangana celebrated her 28th birthday on March 23.

First look: Tanu Weds Manu Returns

 

Actor Dhanush turned to Twitter to share the latest poster of his Raanjhanaa director Anand L Rai’s upcoming Tanu Weds Manu Returns and tweeted: ‘The first look of my bhai's Tanu weds manu returns :) cast your spell once more mere bhai.’ 

The film, which stars Kangana Ranaut and R Madhavan, will release on May 31.

Rishi Kapoor: Dimple Kapadia called

Rishi Kapoor, who recently caught up with his Saagar co-star Dimple Kapadia, says she doesn’t want to work in Bollywood any more.

‘Morning Dimple Kapadia called to scold/praise me for my tweets. Sweet of her concern. Akshay too spoke I told him Gabbar looks good! Good luck. We have worked in 3 maverick films. Bobby, Sagar and Pyar mein Twist which remain favourites. She doesn't want to work anymore that's a downer,’ Kapoor tweeted.

Meanwhile, Abhishek Bachchan ‏praised him and tweeted: ‘What an honour to be able work with @chintskap daily… everyday is a masterclass in acting! Love you Chintu uncle. Every moment spent with you is not only entertainment but so educational. I hope some of the talent rubs off on me.’

Rishi and Abhishek will be next seen in All Is Well, which will release on July 3.
