There have been several rumours about the launch of Malayalam superstar Mohanlal’s son Pranav. He has finally made his entry into films - as an assistant director!
Pranav is currently assisting Jeethu Joseph in Papanasam, the Tamil version of the Malayalam blockbuster, Drishyam.
The young Pranav won the Kerala state award for his role as a child in the film Punarjani. He has also appeared in brief roles in Onnaman and Sagar Alias Jackie Reloaded.
“Pranav is a gifted writer and is a cool boy. I don’t know if he has acting plans though. At the location, he stays with the rest of the assistant directors,” says Jeethu.
