Paris HiltonNew Year's Day brings with it mighty hangovers, and many of us may be trying out different concoctions in an effort to cure them, though medically, there is no real cure for a hangover.

Hollywood celebrities tell us how they cure their hangovers:
 
Paris Hilton says that a quarter-pound burger filled with cheese and accompanied with a lot of fries helps her.

Aussie singer Dannii Minogue says vegemite and grated cheese grilled on toast always works for her. Her sister, Kylie Minogue on the other hand, prefers egg sandwiches.

British actress Kate Winslet says a sausage and bacon sandwich, a big glass of orange juice and a cup of sugary tea helps her, as the combination of vitamins and sugar perks her up.

Music mogul Simon Cowell reveals he does not remember when he last got drunk though he cures his hangovers by getting plenty of exercise and drinking fruit juice.

Australian actor Russell Crowe swears by tequila on the rocks, and says that sticking to the drink will not give you a hangover.

Comedian Robbie Williams prefers two packets of cheese and onion crisps, a Mars bar and two cartons of cold Ribena Light fruit juice.

Cameron Diaz swears that grease is the only cure for a hangover, and says her remedy is a sandwich packed with bacon, and a beer.

Actor Colin Farrell would rather have loads of water and a fry-up, while Hugh Grant finds a plateful of spaghetti bolognese works wonders for him.

Brad PittBrad Pitt found that being a parent is the biggest hangover cure for him, while Pretty Woman star Julia Roberts says alternating between champagne and carrot juice works wonders.

For Bond star Daniel Craig, a stint in the sauna works best for him, while actor Christian Bale feels running cures the hangover. Renee Zellweger prefers a full English breakfast the next morning or beans on toast.

Roger Moore finds an ice cream for breakfast does the trick, as the coldness seems to act as an anaesthetising agent on his body, while Christina Aguilera prefers staying in bed and drinking plenty of fruit juice.
