Goga Kapoor passes away

Goga KapoorVeteran character actor Ravinder Kapoor, popularly known as Goga Kapoor, passed away at his residence in Malad, in the western suburb of Mumbai, after a prolonged illness. He was 70.

Kapoor, who had been ailing for the past two years, is survived

by his wife and three daughters.

Born on December 15, 1940, Kapoor worked in more than 500 feature films, of which more than 20 were with Amitabh Bachchan.

One of the most popular villains on the big screen, some of his films are Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Patthar ke Phool, Kabhi Haan Kabhi Na and Muqaddar Ka Sikandar.
