Here's what you should know about Hollywood's worst. Star-crossed couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez's Gigli created history last Saturday when it swept six major categories, one of which was Worst Picture of 2003.

The event: the 24th Annual Razzie Awards, which dishonour the worst achievements in film.

People magazine mentions that the super flop film which was compared to Madonna and Guy Ritchie's 2002 turkey, Swept Away, also has a host of worsts to its credit:

-Worst Actor (Ben Affleck)
-Worst Actress (Jennifer Lopez)
-Worst Screen Couple
-Worst Screenplay (Martin Brest)
-Worst Direction (Martin Brest)

The irreverent ceremony was held at a modest Santa Monica hotel conference room a day before the 76th Annual Demi Moore in Charlie's Angels: Full ThrottleAcademy Awards at the plush Kodak Theatre, Los Angeles. The awards night attracted the largest audience in recent years.

Razzie founder John Wilson began with an ode to The Cat In The Hat.

Here's more of the infamous winners:

-Worst Supporting Actress: Demi Moore, for her fiery death scene in Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.
-Worst Remake/ Sequel: Charlie's Angels: Full Throttle.
-Sylvester Stallone, who has been nominated 30 times over 24 years, took his tenth honour for his five roles in Spy Kids 3-D: Game Over.
-Special Governor's Award for Distinguished Underachievement: Travis Payne, the choreographer of From Justin to Kelly, a record on American Idol.

-And the crowining glory: Worst Excuse For An Actual Movie (All Concept/No Content): The Cat In The Hat.

Oh, and none of the winners attended.
