Among the real estate selling points of Britney Spears' and Kevin Federline's newly purchased love-nest, is that it is well suited to large family weddings.
A sprawling 9,000 square feet, eight-bedroom Malibu Spread, the 1.5-acre property includes a pool with a spa, tennis court, gym, outdoor kitchen, and garden. Its estimated price is around $6.9 million.
Spears, 22, and Federline, 26, married on September 18 at a private ceremony in a San Fernando home.
Last summer, Spears sold her Hollywood Hills home for close to $4 million, and recently listed her Manhattan condo at almost $6 million. People magazine estimates her net worth at $32 million (including real estate).
Britney's career graph continues to swing progressively on the up, even though her fan base has been eroded by a massive Beyonce trend.
Britney, already with 16 charting songs in her career, is in fourth place with the most Billboard charted titles in history, behind Madonna (24), Janet Jackson (21) and Mariah Carey (20).
