Box Office: Jolly LLB 2 gets decent opening

The hits and misses of the week.

Thanks to its title, lack of opposition and Akshay Kumar's popularity, Jolly LLB 2, which opened with a weak response, has managed to grow very well over the weekend. It will need to sustain through the week to make its mark at the box office.

Trade analyst Vinod Mirani gives us the weekly verdict.

 

Jolly LLB 2

Cast: Akshay Kumar, Huma Qureshi, Saurabh Shukla, Annu Kapoor

Director: Subhash Kapoor

What works: Good performances, fun dialogues and well-directed.

What doesn't: Predictable.

BO verdict: Decent opening.
