Action has taken a turn in the recent years, in Bollywood.
Earlier, we were treated to Amitabh Bachchan's Angry Young Man fury, where he would fist a few men quite easily.
It's still easy these days. The only difference is that action has become louder, maybe even better.
So Ajay Devgn can whack the daylights out of a man by crashing a streetlamp on his head, or Salman Khan can show off his well-oiled rippling muscles while showing off some action moves.
Earlier, action had its share of dialogue as well. So Dharmendra would grit his teeth and say, 'Kutte, Kameene, main tera khoon pee jaaonga' before launching an attack. These days, actors let the stunts do the talking.
