Get ready for Akshay Kumar!

R Balki's new film Padman, with Akshay Kumar, Sonam Kapoor and Radhika Apte, has got a release date.

Based on Arunachalam Muruganantham's story, the film will release on April 13, 2018.

Twinkle Khanna, the producer of the film, tweeted the first look and wrote, 'Pad-up and get ready for MrsFunnybones Movies and R. Balki's Padman -April 13,2018 @akshaykumar @radhika_apte @sonamakapoor @kriarj.'

Akshay retweeted wifey's tweet and wrote, 'Mark your calendars! Mrsfunnybones and R. Balki's Padman releasing on 13th April, 2018!'

This will be Twinkle's first movie as a producer.
