Akshay, Devgn, Ranbir: What are Bollywood's BIGGEST stars working on?

We haven't seen them on the big screen yet, but these stars are working *very* hard!

The year may not have unfolded on a positive note at the box office, but the best is yet to come. 

We've seen the movies the Khans are working on. Here's a look at the films Bollywood's other stars are working on.

Akshay Kumar


Gabbar is Back

With Gabbar is Back, Akshay Kumar has collaborated with yet another new director.

Krish, a well known name in the South film industry, makes his Bollywood debut with this actioner.

The film stars Shruti Haasan as the female lead and is produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.


Brothers


Brothers, in which Akshay plays a boxer, is his first collaboration with producer Karan Johar.

An official remake of Hollywood film Warrior, Brothers is a family drama, starring Siddharth Malhotra as Akshay's brother and Jackie Shroff as their father.

It is helmed by Agneepath director Karan Malhotra.


Singh Is Bling

Akshay Kumar has delivered his biggest grosser to date, Rowdy Rathore, with Prabhu Dheva.

The hit duo is set to return with Singh Is Bling, an action comedy with a lot of romance.

Singh Is Bling could be Akshay's big success of the year.


Airlift

Akshay has handed over reigns of the multi-crore film Airlift to Barah Aana director Raja Menon.

The film is being co-produced by Nikhil Advani. It co-stars The Lunchbox actress Nimrat Kaur.

An entertaining edge-of-the-seat thriller, Airlift tells the story of the biggest human evacuation in the history of mankind.


Housefull 3


Akshay reunites with his Entertainment writer-director duo Sajid-Farhad for the third Housefull.

The film is produced by his friend Sajid Nadiadwala, with whom he has given numerous hits over the years.

The first Housefull earned Akshay his first Rs 100-crore hit.


Ajay Devgn


Drishyam remake

Ajay Devgn acquired the rights of Mohanlal-starrer blockbuster Malayalam thriller Drishyam.

The film is being helmed by Nishikant Kamat and stars Shriya Saran as the leading lady.


Badshaho

After Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai Dobaara, director Milan Luthria will make Badshaho with Ajay Devgn.

It is expected to be an out-and-out action drama, going by the actor-director duo's past record (Kachche Dhaage, Once Upon A Time In Mumbaai).


Ranbir Kapoor

Bombay Velvet

Ranbir Kapoor will be seen in next in Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet.

The film also marks Karan Johar's full fledged acting debut.

Anushka Sharma plays the female lead.


Jagga Jasoos

Ranbir and Anurag Basu's next Jagga Jasoos has been pushed ahead by many months.

Ranbir plays a teenager in the film and his real life lady love Katrina Kaif stars as his love interest.

The shooting for this one is still underway.


Tamasha

Imtiaz Ali's Tamasha reunites the hit Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani pair Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone.

It has been shot in locations across the globe.
