All four members of the Swedish pop group, ABBA -- Björn Ulvaeus, Agnetha Fältskog, Anni-Frid Lyngstand and Benny Andersson -- came together on stage after more than 30 years on Sunday, June 5, in Stockholm.

Björn and Benny met for the very first time on June 5, 1966. To celebrate their friendship and musical journey of 50 years, the duo threw a private party at Berns Salonger in downtown Stockholm.

The other two members of ABBA -- Agnetha and Anni-Frid -- also joined the celebrations which ultimately turned into a memorable reunion.

The two even performed on stage and dedicated the song, The way old friends do, to Björn and Benny.

What followed was nothing less than history in the making.

Towards the end of the song, Björn and Benny also took to stage.

This was how, for first time in 30 years, ABBA reunited on stage and performed together.

ABBA was formed in 1972 and the group became one of the most commercially successful bands in the history of popular music. In December 1982, the band called it quits.

While Björn and Benny wrote music for stage, Agnetha and Anni-Frid went ahead and pursued solo careers in music.
