It's that time of the year to acknowledge the best international movies, and award them for their brilliance.

Yes, it's Oscar time.

If its precursor, the recent Golden Globes, is anything to go by, we may just see a movie on India -- Slumdog Millionaire [Images] -- bag an award or two.

The nominations will be out on January 22, but we have our own list of predictions of who may win the coveted awards.
