Her next Tamil film is Gautham Menon's Chennaiyil Oru Mazhai kaalam where Trisha is the heroine.
Nikita says she has an important role in the movie. "Acting in a Gautham Menon film is always quite exciting. I am sure Gautham will get the best out of me," she says hopefully.
The Mumbai-based model who made her debut in Kannada three years ago with the hit movie, Maharaja opposite Sudeep had to wait two years to get her second break as the second lead in Raja Kumari. The film is yet to see the light of the day.
Meanwhile, her third Kannada film Vamshi was a huge hit and changed everything for her.
