Bollywood actress Bhairavi Goswami, who was last seen in the hit Bheja Fry, closely missed the Mumbai terror at the Trident hotel in South Mumbai. She had gone to the hotel for dinner with friends on Wednesday, but left barely an hour before the terrorists entered the building. However, her friends -- three NRIs and four foreigners -- were not as lucky.

She talks to Patcy N about her experience:

Just before dinner, I had a fight with my friend at Trident, and walked out of the venue. After 15 minutes, my friend followed me to patch up. But the rest of my friends continued with their dinner. About an hour later, the hotel was attacked.

I have been calling all the helpline numbers to find out about my friends, but in vain. Repeated calls to their cell phones have not been answered either. There is lack of co-ordination, nobody is giving me details. Now, Trident has been evacuated and only one friend has made it out. The others' names are missing from the evacuation list.

The friend, who came out (name has not been revealed) is very scared now, and not talking to anyone. He was hiding in the toilet below two corpses, without food and water for 48 hours.

On the second day, the bodies started smelling but he had no option but to stay below them for safety. He told me that all the friends got separated when the firing started.

I'm still hopeful about the rest of my friends.
