They made their country proud when they became international faces. We're talking about the ambassadors of beauty -- the Miss Indias -- who held the country, and more often than not, the World and the Universe, captive.
While some have crashed and burned, others have managed to make a name for themselves in Bollywood. Now, they're not only famous but better looking as well. Just compare Aishwarya Rai Bachchan in the 1994 picture on the left with that of this year's one on the right. Amazing differences, don't you agree?
