Yup, this is the cover of the magazine's June issue featuring the gorgeous actress.

Katrina fended off competition from other beautiful women like Megan Fox [Images], Angelina Jolie [Images], Bipasha Basu [Images] and Aishwarya Rai [Images] Bachchan to bag the title.

The poll, which was conducted for the first time in India, consisted of 100 women from Bollywood, Hollywood, supermodels and singers.

And from the looks of it, India has found the perfect woman for the title.
