Madhuri Dixit, who is making a comeback in tinsel town with Yashraj films' Aaja Nachle, celebrated her 40th birthday quietly with family members.

Madhuri is married to US based Dr Sriram Nene and is settled in Denver since her wedding in October 1999. She is currently in Mumbai to shoot for Aaja Nachle, starring Akshaye Khanna.

Her last film was Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Devdas in 2002.

Madhuri spent her birthday with her children Arin and Ryan, her parents and in-laws. Dr Nene is scheduled to arrive in Mumbai next week. She will wrap up the shooting of her film on May 20 and leave for the US with her family, her business manager Rakeshnath told UNI.

He said Madhuri has not taken a break for her birthday and is currently shooting. ''My wife and I were the non-family members who were part of the quiet family celebration," he added.
