First Look: Prem's new Kannada film

Only three films old, Prem already has two big hits to his credit -- Nenapirali and Jothe Jotheyalli. Hailed as the sensation of Kannada cinema, his new film Savi Savi Nenapu -- directed by Santhosh Kumar Pathaaje -- is eagerly awaited now.

Savi Savi Neanppu is produced by S V Babu, who had made successful comedies like Honey Moon Express and Tenali Rama

With the success of Nenapirali and Jothe Jotheyalli, Prem now has a huge youth fan following. Aware of this, the actor says he has done his best and hopes that it pleases his young fans.

"I play a medical student in the film. Director Pathaaje and producer S V Babu wanted me to have a different look for the film and I must say I look better here than in all my other films. My fourth film Pallakki is in the making."

Meanwhile, Pathaaje entered the Kannada film industry from the world of advertising. He first worked as a cinematographer in Mata and later directed 7 o Clock.

Delhi-based model Mallika Kapoor, who has acted in a few Tamil and Telugu films, is the heroine in the film. It is the first time that Mallika is playing the lead in a Kannada film.
