Bollywood has seen some fine music directors in recent times.

There is Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy (Dil Chahta Hai, Kal Ho Naa Ho, Lakshya, Bunty Aur Babli [Images]), Vishal-Sekhar (Jhankaar Beats, Zinda [Images], Taxi No 9 2 11), Ismail Durbar (Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam, Devdas) and Pritam (Dhoom, Gangster [Images]).

There is also Himesh Reshammiya, who has scored hit music with every film release.

And then, of course, there is the brilliant A R Rahman, who has been giving us awesome music for over a decade now.
