You play an ambitious employee at a firm in Madhur Bhandarkar's Corporate. Do you relate to your role?
Completely. She is respected in a man's world because she knows the business. The film portrays ambitious women in the right light. In Hindi cinema, an ambitious woman is usually a vamp and wants to achieve her goals by any means. But, in this film, it is shown that you don't have to be horrid to become successful.
I would have watched the film even if I weren't a part of it.
You have not worn any make-up for Corporate.
I haven't, but (my character) Nishigandha Dasgupta is not a de-glamourised woman. She wears Armani and other brands. The suit emphasizes that she means business and, in that world, she is equal to the men.
