The Delhi high court restrained the makers of last week's release, Dil Maange More, from licensing its international distribution/overseas release and video rights.

The injunction order was passed by Justice Tirath Singh Thakur on a petition filed by soft drinks company Pepsi which said it had trademark rights over the phrase Yeh dil maange more. The court said the restraint order on licensing of international distribution would be effective if it was not already granted to somebody.

Dil Maange More is directed by Anant Mahadevan and stars Shahid Kapoor, Soha Ali Khan, Ayesha Takia and Tulip Joshi.
