Britney SpearsPop star Britney Spears [Images], who recently announced that she was expecting her first child with Kevin Federline, has reportedly been put under round-the-clock medical care over fears she could lose her baby.

According to femalefirst.co.uk, Britney's worried mother, Lynne, has reportedly hired a team of nurses to look after her daughter.

Britney had suffered from -- to use the ambiguous term enough to keep tabloids excited -- 'implantation bleeding' earlier this month, and was rushed to hospital, where doctors warned there was a 50 percent chance she could lose her baby if it happened again.

Jennifer Aniston [Images] insecure about her appearance

Jennifer AnistonFormer Friends star Jennifer Aniston has admitted that she's very insecure about her physical appearance and tries to concentrate on her inner beauty.

'I am a worrier and I'm not good at hearing positive things. I'm very critical of myself, which gives me something to work on. I want to evolve. Like any person, I have insecurities and things I hate about myself. Just because you are on covers of magazines and all that stuff,' femalefirst.co.uk quoted Aniston, who currently split from husband Brad Pitt [Images], as saying.

'That's like four hours of hair and make-up and a beautiful dress. I know it sounds corny, but it's not all about the physical. I work hard at finding inner beauty,' she said.

Jude Law & Sienna MillerJude Law [Images] and Sienna Miller [Images] to quit London [Images]?

Jude Law and fiancee Sienna Miller are reportedly planning to quit London for New York.

The couple reportedly want to escape the 'goldfish bowl' of London life, and are planning a permanent move to New York.

'Jude loathes the London party scene and can't wait to move out of the goldfish bowl environment. He also wants to put as much distance between his career and the paparazzi as possible. He's convinced a move makes sense from a career perspective too,' femalefirst.co.uk quoted a pal as saying, a truthful sounding statement considering the Alfie star was among the most seen Hollywood faces last year, with as many as six 2004 releases!

According to Ratethemusic.com, the album has sold more than 400,000 copies in its first week of release.

'I never knew that it would be my biggest first week ever. Thank God for everything... the numbers are amazing,' the report quoted Mariah as saying.
