This could be the biggest film Aishwarya Rai has done so far.

Bride And Prejudice, directed by Gurinder Chadha, could open the doors of Hollywood to the former Miss World.

The actress recently met up with Michael Douglas for a script reading session, and one hears that Ash and Michael could star in a film.

She has already bagged Coline Serreau's Chaos, Roland Joffe's Singularity, writer-director Barton Randall's I Know A Place and Paul Meyeda Berges' Mistress Of Spices.

Of course, it remains to be seen whether her international

projects work out. While her projects were some of the first to be announced, they have been on hold for a while. Other Bollywood actresses have zoomed past her.

Mallika Sherawat bagged the Jackie Chan film, The Myth, Perizaad Zorabian got lucky with the Malcolm MacDowell film, Mind Gamez and Sonali Kulkarni laid her hands on an Italian film with Omar Shariff.
