The Oscars has always been about glamour. And diamonds play a major part.

This year will be no different.

Don't Miss!

Special: Oscar 2004

Grammy winner Alison Krauss, whose songs in the Cold Mountain soundtrack have been nominated, will be wearing a Sunny Choi gown to go with her pair of $2 million shoes! Designed by Stuart Weitzman, they are four-and-half inch stiletto sandals with
500 platinum-set Kwiat diamonds. It includes 55 carats of clear diamonds and a five-carat stone.

Incidentally, Krauss was surprised to be the chosen one for Weitzman's designer wear as she claims to have the 'nastiest' feet!

Supporting actress nominees Patricia Clarkson (Pieces Of April) and Shohreh Aghdashloo (House Of Sand And Fog) will also sport some of Weitzman's collections.
