Move over Harshad Mehta. Say hello Dharmendra.

After a long hiatus, Garam Dharam will soon be seen as a millionaire stock broker, with Mallika Sherawat as his costar.

The film, Kis Kiski Kismat, will be helmed by Khwahish director Govind Menon. Dharmendra's character is said to be based on the late Mumbai stockbroker Harshad Mehta.

Mallika, who made waves for her 17 kisses with costar Himanshu Malik in her debut film Khwahish, plays the love interest of Dharmendra's son, who will be played by a newcomer.

Produced by Perry Pictures and Iamgik Productions, the film will be a blend of satire and comedy.

Menon's directorial debut Danger, starring Tara Deshpande and Jas Arora, bombed at the box-office. His second film Khwahish was a surprise and broke even, largely due to the hype about its steamy scenes.
