The film will be screened at the current Cannes festival to attract distributors and buyers from all over the world.

Made at a cost of Rs 10 crore (approximately US $213,000), Jajantram Mamantram has a Hindi and an English version. The Hindi version will be released in 122 theatres all over India, while the English version will be released down South. In Mumbai and Delhi, only one English print each will be released.

The film hits the screens on May 30.
