Bollywood's quintessential Bad Man is one of the few Indian stars with a global presence. Apart from playing the villain in several Hindi films like Balu Mahendra's Sadma, Subhash Ghai's Ram Lakhan, Neeraj Vora's Khiladi 420, Priyadarshan's Hera Pheri and Sangeeth Sivan's Chura Liya Hai Tumne over the last 20 years, Grover has also starred in prestigious international productions such as Duncan McLachlan's The Second Jungle Book.

In 2001, he was honoured with the BBC Asia Award for his contribution to international cinema. He is now working with the likes of Dan Cracchiolo (who produced Conspiracy Theory and Lethal Weapon 4), Harvey Keitel and Sean Young.
