Plot: Tara (Sanjay Dutt) and Sitara (Govinda) are small-town thugs and pranksters in Ek Aur Ek Gyarah. As they flee from the police one day they shoot dreaded criminal Cobra (Ashish Vidyarthi) accidentally. Tara and Sitara escape; the police nab Cobra. An enraged Cobra vows to avenge the arrest.

The duo now has both the police and underworld behind them, so they decide to escape to Nepal.

Enter Panther (Gulshan Grover), Cobra's brother. Panther has the code to a nation destroying gun which he and his brother have stolen. BSF officer Ram Singh (Jackie Shroff) had arrested Panther before they could use it. Cobra now wants to bribe Ram Singh to get Panther out.


Tara and Sitara feel Ram Singh is the only person who can help them cross the Indo-Nepal border. They also fall in love with Ram Singh's daughter (Amrita Arora) and her friend (Nandini Singh).

Meanwhile, Cobra learns about the duo's whereabouts. He kidnaps their mother and blackmails them into getting Panther out.

The duo now has to save their mother as well as risk losing their girlfriends if their true identities are revealed. Will they succeed?
