Vijay (Zayed Khan) and Tina (Esha Deol) are in love. One day, Tina is summoned to Bangkok where her uncle has been killed in an accident.

She discovers her uncle was wanted in India for a Rs 100 million gold heist. The rest of his gang (Gulshan Grover, Rakhi Sawant and Vijay Raaz) want the money and are chasing Tina. They think she holds the key to the fortune. As she looks to Vijay for help, she realises he is not what he seems.

Is he the fourth accomplice? An ordinary crook wanting the money? Or is he genuinely in love with Tina?
