Salman: The box office hero! |

Despite the controversies surrounding him, Salman Khan is still the hero of the box office. His latest release, Satish Kaushik's Tere Naam, costarring Bhoomika Chawla, opened to packed houses.
Yet the film has not managed to displace Hrithik Roshan's Koi... Mil Gaya, which has been declared a superhit. Vikram Bhatt's Footpath, starring Emraan Hashmi, was the other release this week. It failed to recreate the success of Bhatt's last film, Raaz, starring Bipasha Basu and Dino Morea, and bombed at the BO. Note: Films are ranked on the basis of their performance at the box office every week. Though a film may be declared a flop, it may have performed better than the other films that week.  |
