Rise and fall of housing prices in 20 cities

Housing prices in 9 cities across India have risen while it has dropped in 11 cities.

Housing demand has been affected for last few years due to high interest rates on home loans.

NHB RESIDEX (Housing Price Index) tracks the movement in prices of residential properties on a quarterly basis.
