Argyros leads product and market strategy for Teradata's Big Data products. Before founding Aster Data, he was in the PhD programme at Stanford University, according to the company's website. Bawa, meanwhile, leads the Aster Center of Innovation's Research and Development and Customer Support organisation devoted to building and supporting Aster Data’s product portfolio. He co-founded Aster Data in 2005 and led it as its CEO from 2005 to 2010, it says.
