Vysya Bank Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of Vysya Bank Ltd at their meeting held on January 30, 2003 took on record the following:

1. Appointment of Arun Thiagarajan as Additional Director

2. Appointment of K R Ramamorthy as Additional Director effective February 12, 2003

3. Resignation of A P Rao as Director effective Jan 30, 2003.
