The Tata-Sar direct-to-home joint venture Space TV on Thursday announced the name of its DTH service as T-Sky while name of the JV is also proposed to be changed to Tata Sky Ltd.
"The branding of our service represents an important milestone in the development of our business. It sets the stage for the launch of our DTH services, as we are ready to unveil and promote our brand to the consumer," CEO of the JV Vikram Kaushik said in a release in Mumbai.
The company is committed to building a state-of-the-art digital infrastructure for pay television in India and both partners are fully committed to invest in building a high quality digital infrastructure in the country to offer a world class television viewing experience to the Indian households, he said.
