The total income has increased 37 per cent from Rs 2635.56 crore (Rs 26.3556 billion) in FY-04 to Rs 3607.68 crore (Rs 36.0768 billion) for the year ended March 31, 2005.
According to a release issued by Satyam to the Bombay Stock Exchange, the company has reported a 51 per cent increase in net profit to Rs 213.20 crore (Rs 2.1320 billion) for the quarter ended March 31, 2005 as compared to Rs 140.84 crore (Rs 1.4084 billion) in the same period last fiscal.
The total income has moved up 35 per cent from Rs 725.70 crore (Rs 7.257 billion) in Q4-04 to Rs 978.63 crore (Rs 9.7863 billion) for the quarter ended March 31, 2005.
For the year ended March 31, 2005, the company has posted a net profit of Rs 750.26 crore (Rs 7.5026 billion), an increase of 35 per cent over the last years Rs 555.79 crore (Rs 5.5579 billion).
The total income has moved up 35 per cent from Rs 2623.27 crore (Rs 26.2327 billion) in FY-04 to Rs 3546.77 crore (Rs 35.4677 billion) for the year ended March 31, 2005.
The Board of Directors has recommended a final dividend of 150 per cent for the financial year 2004-05, the release further added.
