CB Richard Ellis is 'top real estate brand'

Real estate major CB Richard Ellis has been named the 'Top commercial real estate brand' by the internationally recognised consulting firm Lipsey company.

CB Richard Ellis has topped the survey, carried out by Lipsey company, for the fourth time in a row, company said in a statement.

Commenting on the achievement, CB Richard Ellis, managing director, Anshuman magazine, said "This is indeed a well deserved achievement. There will be challenges ahead but they all mean that we must constantly strive to stay ahead, continue to build on our business and remain number one in the world."

Lipsey company conducts a survey each year to determine the top 25 premier commercial real estate brands.

This year, they surveyed about 20,000 practitioners and leaders from larger metropolitan and urban markets, institutions, lenders and executives from international firms, among others.

CB Richard Ellis, which started operations in India about 10 years ago, has emerged the largest real estate consultancy in the Indian subcontinent.
