Tata Value Homes on Monday announced the launch of exclusive online booking offers for its projects in Bangalore and Chennai. Customers wishing to buy a property at New Haven in Bangalore need to initially pay just 30 per cent of the total price within 75 days of booking and the balance in two instalments starting August 2016.

In Chennai, the company is offering an online booking at just Rs 25,000. Both these online offers are, however, available for a limited period.

Spread across 25 acres, New Haven Bangalore is the first green township located off Tumkur Road. Designed by renowned architect Callison, USA, New Haven offers all the amenities essential for modern-day living – swimming pool, well-equipped gymnasium, retail shopping facilities and indoor games room. The project is likely to contribute Rs 1,100 crore (Rs 11 billion) to Tata Value Homes by 2017, said a press release.

In Chennai, New Haven Ribbon Walk is the first theme-based green township located on the Vandalur Kelambakkam Road at Mambakkam, off the Old Mahabalipuram Road. Designed by RMJM of the UK, the township, spread across 15 acres, offers 1,2,3 BHK apartments spread across a unique ribbon-inspired landscape.

Once complete, New Haven Ribbon Walk will boast of ample green space, a modern clubhouse with an infinity pool, well-equipped gymnasium, jogging track, tennis court, and basketball court. The company hopes to earn about Rs 700 crore (Rs 7 billion) from its Chennai project.

Established in 2010, Tata Value Homes is a 100 per cent subsidiary of Tata Housing Development Company Limited. TVHL has two pan-India brands – Shubh Griha (value homes) and New Haven (affordable homes).
