M&M bags best employer award

Diversified conglomerate Mahindra and Mahindra has been adjudged as the 'Employer Brand of the Year' for 2007-08 at Asia Pacific HRM Congress.

The company's HR and corporate services President Rajeev Dubey was awarded as the 'Outstanding HR Professional' in the country by the HRM conference. Dubey was adjudged as the outstanding HR professional by a jury headed by Times of India President Arun Arora.

M&M also won awards for best HR Strategy in line with business, talent management, continuous innovation in HR strategy at work, excellence in training, managing health at work, global HR strategy, excellence in HR through technology and innovative retention strategy, the company said in a statement.
