"Future Focus has recently been empanelled by the top three IT companies in India to hire IT professionals, mostly in CRM, ERP and infrastructure enabled services segments, for their overseas projects.
Thus, in the next one year, we may deploy and hire about 450 IT professionals for the top IT companies in India," Veerendra P Mathur, director and CEO, Future Focus, sad.
The company has so far deployed about 500 IT professionals in leading firms, in software development and consulting. Asked about the differentiating factors that separate Future Focus from other staffing firms, Mathur said that post deployment services of the company was the key differentiating factor.
"Our role does not end with just identifying the right candidate for the right job, within stipulated time-frame nor function as just a pay-roll processing agency for our clients," he said adding, "the company functions as the "extended HR arm" of our clients and the career management expert for its consultants.
"We function as one stop shop for career management for candidates on one side and on the other we function as 'extended HR arm' of our clients," he added.
Future Focus serves about 25 IT companies that include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, Satyam, IBM, Covansys, Patni Computer and Perot Systems, among others.
