Broadband at Rs 275/month

Hathway Cable Internet, one of the largest broadband cable ISPs in India on Monday introduced two attractive plans - Liteway Basic and Thruway.

While Liteway offers Internet up to 256 Kbps at an affordable price of just Rs 275 per month Hathway's unlimited usage plan Thruway offers Internet at Rs 500 per month.

Hathway has also slashed registration fee. Additional downloads will be charged at 90 paise per MB. The company has also waived monthly rentals and cable modems will also be provided on a refundable deposit of Rs 1000.

"It has always been our endeavour to make Internet affordable for the masses and encourage Internet usage. There will be no restriction on the usage limit that which will enable subscribers surf comfortably," K. Jayaraman, MD & CEO, Hathway said.

Hathway had recently announced its attractive combo package for its digital cable service and high speed broadband Internet.

The combined initial payment of the digital box and the Internet modem will cost only Rs 2,495. The balance amount can be paid through easy installments of Rs 210 over 12 months. 

Hathway Cable provides high-speed cable Internet services in 9 cities - Mumbai, New Delhi, Chennai, Pune, Nashik, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Ludhiana and Mysore.
