Dabur to consider demerger of pharma biz

Dabur India Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on January 29, 2003 to consider, among other matters, various options for restructuring including possible demerger of Pharmaceutical Business of the Company to provide greater business focus.
