Cosmo Films to seek nod for bonus Issue

Cosmo Films Ltd has informed BSE that an the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on January 14, 2003 has approved the issue of bonus shares in the ratio of one new share for every share held in the company subject to approval in the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders of the Company scheduled on February 20, 2003.
