Bullet to cost Rs 2,200 more

December 21, 2006 13:12 IST
Classic motorbike maker Royal Enfield on Thursday said it will raise prices of all its models by Rs 2,200 due to rise in input costs.

The price hike will come into effect from January 1, 2007. "Continuous rise in input costs
of raw materials has compelled the company to take this decision," Royal Enfield said.

The Royal Enfield line up includes Bullet 350, Bullet 500, Bullet Electra, Bullet Electra 5S, Bullet Machismo, and the Thunderbird.
